- 90 grams Chocolate
- 10 grams White chocolate
- 50 grams Heavy cream
- 2 tsp Rum
- 1 Cocoa powder
Directions

1Line a circular mold or a container with a sheet of parchment paper.

2Combine chocolate, white chocolate, and heavy cream into a small bowl, and place over a double boiler.

3When the chocolate is completely melted, remove from the double boiler.

4Add rum.

5Pour into the container, and smooth out the surface with a spoon, then chill in the fridge.

6When it's well hardened, cut it into your preferred size pieces.

7Coat with cocoa powder.

8And it's done.
