- 1 can tuna
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. green onions
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1 jar chopped pimiento, drained
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, divided
- 1/2 c. oil
Directions

1Mix tuna, dressing, mustard, vegetables, pimiento and seasonings.

2Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs.

3Shape mixture into 15 (2-inch) balls.

4Roll in remaining bread crumbs.

5Coat well.

6Pat balls in small patties.

7Refrigerate 30 minutes.

8Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.

9Add tuna patties.

10Cook 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

11Add oil as needed. Drain on paper towels.
