  • 10 whole Saltine Crackers
  • 5 ounces, weight Can Of Tuna (drained)

    First, crack the egg into an empty bowl.

    Add the drained tuna and then crumble the crackers over both.

    Mix everything together until its smooth, like cookie dough.

    Separate the mixture into patties.

    You can do this on a separate plate or just go ahead and put them on the skillet.

    The skillet should be placed over medium heat and some butter will help the cakes to not stick.

    Place the patties on the skillet and cook for a few minutes, turning when the patties start to brown.

    Dont wait too long or they may start to burn.
