Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 pkg. (1 lb.) noodles
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 slice bread, crumbled finely and buttered
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook noodles as directed on package.

2Put in casserole dish. In a bowl, mix tuna, soups, mushrooms, onion, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.

3Add milk gradually to thicken as you stir.

4Pour over noodles and mix well.

5Crumble bread finely and put into enough melted butter or margarine to soak them lightly.

6Put crumbs over top of casserole.

7Put in a 350° oven and bake for 30 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
