Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg. (1 lb.) noodles
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 slice bread, crumbled finely and buttered
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook noodles as directed on package.

    Put in casserole dish. In a bowl, mix tuna, soups, mushrooms, onion, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.

    Add milk gradually to thicken as you stir.

    Pour over noodles and mix well.

    Crumble bread finely and put into enough melted butter or margarine to soak them lightly.

    Put crumbs over top of casserole.

    Put in a 350° oven and bake for 30 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
