- 2 1/4 c. Bisquick
- 2 cans tuna, drained (one in vegetable oil)
- 6 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 2/3 c. canned milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 c. sifted Bisquick
Directions

1Combine tuna, cheese, onions and celery.

2Combine milk and eggs.

3Add the 2 1/4 cups Bisquick.

4Beat all ingredients until well blended.

5(Heat oven to 375°.)

6Take 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll in sifted Bisquick.

7Shape into balls and put on well greased cookie sheet for 22 to 25 minutes.

8Take off sheet immediately and put on cooling rack.

9Makes approximately 55 balls.
