Tuna Corn Chowder

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can water pack tuna
  • 2 c. diced raw potatoes
  • 3 c. skim milk
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 c. diced celery (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 can creamed or whole kernel corn
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Drain tuna.

    Saute onion and celery in butter or margarine. Add 1 1/2 cups water to pan and bring to a boil.

    Add potatoes; cover and cook until tender.

    Add tuna, corn, milk and salt and pepper to taste.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
