- 1 cup cabbage chopped
- 23 cup carrots grated
- 1/2 cup yogurt, low-fat
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 6 slices bread toasted
- 1/2 head lettuce
- 18 slices cucumbers pared
- 18 teaspoon paprika
Directions

1Drain tuna, then flake lightly.

2Combine tuna, cabbage, and carrot; set aside.

3Combine yogurt, catup, vinegar, salt, and pepper; mix well.

4Add to tuna mixture and blend.

5Put 1 piece of toast on each plate; add several lettuce leaves.

6Add 23 cup of tuna mixture.

7Arrange 3 slices of cucumber across top.

8Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
