Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 oz. can water packed tuna
  • 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise (low-fat if desired)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp. finely minced onion
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of white pepper

Directions

    Thoroughly drain tuna and flake with fork.

    Combine all ingredients, except tuna and mix until blended.

    Add tuna and mix well.

    Serve with raw vegetables and crackers of your choice. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
