- 6 1/2 oz. can water packed tuna
- 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise (low-fat if desired)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. finely minced onion
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of white pepper
Directions

1Thoroughly drain tuna and flake with fork.

2Combine all ingredients, except tuna and mix until blended.

3Add tuna and mix well.

4Serve with raw vegetables and crackers of your choice. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
