- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. tuna
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Directions

1Blend biscuit mix, seasoned salt, egg, milk and lemon juice in bowl.

2Add remaining ingredients; blend well.

3Drop from teaspoon into deep fat at 375° or into 1/2-inch hot fat in frying pan.

4Fry from 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side.
