  • 2 c. biscuit mix
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. tuna
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery

Directions

    Blend biscuit mix, seasoned salt, egg, milk and lemon juice in bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients; blend well.

    Drop from teaspoon into deep fat at 375° or into 1/2-inch hot fat in frying pan.

    Fry from 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side.
