- 2 cans tuna in oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom or tomato soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 2 medium onions, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
- 1/4 c. hot water
Directions

1Heat tuna, soup, cream cheese and onion until cheese is melted. Set aside.

2Sprinkle gelatine over hot water and stir to dissolve. Add to tuna mixture.

3Add celery.

4Mix well and pour into mold. Chill thoroughly.

5Unmold on bed of lettuce.

6Serve with assorted crackers.

7Crab, salmon or shrimp may be used in place of tuna.
