  • 1\2 C. Milk
  • 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1\4 C. Onions or Scallions, minced
  • 1\2 C. Mayo
  • 1 can (7 1\2) oz. Tuna, drained and flaked
  • 2 tbsp. Flour
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 Frozen Pie Shell

Directions

    Sprinkle cheese with flour, toss. Add onions, and tuna and toss well. Stir in milk, mayo, and egg. Pour into pie pan.

    Bake at 375° for 40 min.

    You can add additional spices, or vegetables. i.e. Broccoli and Swizz Cheese.
