Tuna Stuffed Shells

  • 20 jumbo shells
  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley

    Cook shells.

    Drain and rinse.

    Combine tuna, bread, onion, egg and 2 tablespoons parsley with lemon juice.

    Stuff shells and place in greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish.

    Mix soup, milk and 2 tablespoons parsley and pour over shells.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
