- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
Directions

1Beat all except wafers together.

2Beat until light and fluffy. Place 1 vanilla wafer cookie in bottom of cupcake paper cup. Fill 2/3 full with batter.

3Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling.

4Makes 24 cupcakes.

5Do not substitute low-fat cream cheese; filling will go flat.
