  • 2 packages chicken legs, breasts, or thighs
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 barbecue sauce

Directions

    Start smoker and get it to 325.

    Mix all dry ingredients and season chicken.

    Put chicken in smoker and cook to internal temperature of 160
  4. 4
    Brush chicken with barbecue sauce of your choice and continue cooking until internal temperature of 165 is reached.
