- 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 3/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 (3 ounce) package softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce) package refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Combine tuna, mayonnaise, peanuts, cream cheese, mustard and garlic powder until well blended.

3Flour a work surface and a rolling pin.

4Roll out each biscuit to a 5-inch circle.

5Line 10 muffin cups into flattened, mini-crusts.

6Fill the crusts with tuna mixture.

7Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 400 or until crusts are golden, and serve warm.
