- 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp. minced, pared ginger root
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 1/4 lb. boneless tuna steaks
- 1 Tbsp. each: rice vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Chinese sesame oil
Directions

1In shallow medium mixing bowl (not aluminum*), combine teriyaki sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, ginger root and garlic.

2Add tuna and turn to coat.

3Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate, turning occasionally, for at least 1 hour or overnight.
