  • 12 lb ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 14 ounces petite diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 14 teaspoon oregano
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 14 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
  • shredded cheese
  • low-fat sour cream
  • olive
  • tortilla (optional)

Directions

    In a large frying pan brown ground turkey & onion.

    Add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer (uncovered) for about 10 - 15 minutes until thickened.

    Serve with shredded cheese, low-fat sour cream, and olives.
