- 1 14 lbs ground turkey
- 1 cup zucchini, trimmed and grated
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- 14 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 4 multi-grain rolls
- lettuce leaf (optional)
- sliced tomatoes (optional)
Directions

1Heat broiler, arranging rack so that burgers will be about 2 inches from heat.

2In large bowl, combine turkey, zucchini, cheese, salt, onion powder, basil and pepper.

3Mix well and form into four flat patties, each about 5 inches.

4Place burgers on a broiler pan and broil 6 minutes.

5Carefully flip burgers and continue to broil an additional 6 minutes, or until burgers register 165 degrees on an instant-read thermometer.

6Toast rolls, if desired.

7Stack rolls with burgers, lettuce leaves and sliced tomato.

8Serve warm.
