Ingredients
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth (1/3 less salt)
- 2 1/2 c. uncooked noodles
- 1 c. lite sour cream
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Saute onion, mushrooms and garlic over low heat in a large, covered skillet, for 20 minutes; don't let the onion or mushrooms brown.

2Add turkey and cook, stirring, until the turkey is crumbly.

3Stir in wine, lemon juice and chicken broth.

4Cook at a low simmer, covered, for 15 minutes; stir occasionally.

5Add noodles to mixture, mix well and recover.

6Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.

7Stir in sour cream, just before serving; cook, just until heated through, stirring constantly.

8Sprinkle with parsley.

9Good with green salad and French bread.
