Turkey Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 8 hamburger buns, crumbled
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. diced onion

Directions

    Cook onions, celery, butter and bouillon until celery is soft and tender.

    May need to add a little more water but don't cook too fast as the water boils away.

    Add all of this to the bread crumb mixture and toss lightly.

    May also add juice from your turkey.

    I like really moist.

    Bake in casserole dish at 350°.
