- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 c. diced, cooked turkey
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced black olives, drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in 1/4 cup of the chicken broth.

2Stir in turkey, chiles and oregano.

3Heat thoroughly.

4Set aside.

5In saucepan, melt the butter.

6Stir in flour.

7Cook for 1 minute. Gradually stir in broth that is left.

8Cook until slightly thickened.

9Add sour cream.

10Remove from heat.

11Stir 1/2 cup of sauce into turkey mixture.
