Turkey Frame Soup

- 1 meaty turkey frame
- 4 tsp. salt
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 tsp. dry thyme, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 chopped onion
- 8 c. fresh vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans and 1 zucchini)
- 4 c. uncooked noodles
Directions

1Cook frame in 5 1/2 quarts water until meat can be removed from bones easily.

2Strain.

3Cook onions and tomatoes in strained broth for 1 hour.

4Add beans and cook 15 minutes; add carrots and herbs.

5Cook an additional 15 minutes.

6Add noodles and salt; cook 5 minutes.

7Add zucchini and cook another 3 minutes.

8Turn off heat and add chopped turkey.
