Turkey Kielbasa & Rice

  • 8 ounces, weight Turkey Kielbasa, Diced
  • 1 bag (3 1/2 Oz. Size) Instant Rice
  • 4 cups Instant Turkey Broth
  • 1 can (8 3/4 Oz. Size) Corn
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder, Or To Taste
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Salt (or To Taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper Or To Taste

Directions

    Brown the turkey kielbasa in a skillet.

    In a separate pot, cook rice in the turkey broth.
  3. 3
    When both are done, drain rice, saving about 1 1/2 cups of broth, and add to a skillet.

    Add corn, chili powder, Lawrys, salt and pepper.

    Then add the broth and simmer until most of the liquid is gone.
