- 1 lb. turkey cutlets
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- salt, pepper and paprika to taste
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- garlic salt to taste
- 1/2 c. Marsala wine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- fresh lemon wedges for garnish
Directions

1Lightly sprinkle spices on meat.

2In a bowl, mix flour and cheese. Dip meat into flour and cheese mixture. Shake excess off. In a large skillet or pan, melt butter and olive oil.

3Lightly sprinkle pan with garlic salt. Keep on medium heat. Fry meat for 30 seconds on each side. To create sauce, mix wine and lemon juice.

4Pour over meat.

5Simmer for about 3 minutes.

6Remove from heat.

7Put on a plate and pour remaining juices onto meat. Garnish with lemon wedges.
