Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 c. soft bread cubes
  • 1/4 c. chicken bouillon
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 8 (1/4-inch thick) turkey breast slices
  • 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • paprika
  • lemon and lime slices

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in 1/3 cup butter until tender; add bread cubes, bouillon, parsley and seasonings; stirring well. Spoon about 1/3 cup stuffing in center of each piece of turkey; roll up lengthwise, tucking edges inside.

    Secure each roll with a wooden pick.

    Dredge turkey in flour; dip in 1/4 cup butter.

    Place in a lightly greased 9-inch square baking dish; sprinkle with paprika.

    Cover and bake at 325° for 15 minutes.

    Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes or until done.

    Garnish with lemon and lime slices.
