Turkey Salad Burritos

  • 2 c. chopped cooked turkey
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. sliced black olives
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. picante sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 soft flour tortillas (7 to 8 inches)

Directions

    In medium mixing bowl, combine turkey, celery, onion, black olives and cheese.

    In another bowl, whisk together salad dressing, picante sauce and salt.

    Pour sauce over turkey mixture; blend well.

    Spoon filling onto tortillas; wrap burrito-style.* Heat in 13 x 9 x 3-inch baking pan at 350° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly warmed or microwave each burrito 2 to 2 1/2 minutes on High.

    Serve with additional picante sauce; garnish with black olives.
