  • 1 turkey carcass
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery, cut in pieces
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 small can Hunt's tomato sauce (thin)
  • 1/2 c. cooked barley
  • salt, pepper, dill and parsley

Directions

    Boil turkey carcass, onion, carrots and celery in a full pot of water.

    Remove carcass.

    Add corn, tomato sauce and barley. Season with salt, pepper, dill and parsley to taste.
