- 1 turkey carcass
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks celery, cut in pieces
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 small can Hunt's tomato sauce (thin)
- 1/2 c. cooked barley
- salt, pepper, dill and parsley
Directions

1Boil turkey carcass, onion, carrots and celery in a full pot of water.

2Remove carcass.

3Add corn, tomato sauce and barley. Season with salt, pepper, dill and parsley to taste.
