  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 lb. sausage link, taken apart
  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1 c. chopped onion, ground
  • 1 stalk celery, ground
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 eggs, well beaten

Directions

    In skillet, brown the first 5 ingredients, then add spices, seasonings and eggs.

    Place in turkey.

    Allow 20 minutes per pound at 300° to 325°.
