  • 1 1/2 lb. pork butt, ground coarse
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder
  • 1 lb. loaf Vienna bread, torn in pieces
  • 5 eggs
  • water
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery

Directions

    Season pork with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook.

    Saute onion and celery.

    Moisten bread with water. Add eggs.

    Mix all together. Stuff bird.
