Turkey Stuffing Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. plain Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (8 ounce.)
  • 2 Packages herb seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (8 ounce. each)
  • 5 cans chicken broth soup, undiluted, or possibly 6 c. chicken broth
  • 6 Large eggs, well beaten
  • 3 (10 1/2 ounce.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 c. cooked turkey, diced (or possibly chicken)
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. canned pimento, minced
  • 2 tbsp. parsley

Directions

    Toss stuffing mix with chicken broth, Large eggs and half of the mushroom soup.

    Spread mix into two lightly greased 13x9x2 inch Pyrex dishes or possibly aluminum baking pans.

    Top with cooked turkey or possibly chicken.

    Combine remaining soup with lowfat milk, pimento and parsley.

    Pour over turkey mix.

    Cover tightly with foil.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 55- 60 min, or possibly till set.

    Great for a holiday luncheon.
