- 1 cup hemp milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

1Measure the oats, hemp milk, water and spices into a saucepan.

2Cook over a medium to high heat for about 5 minutes, until it reaches you desired consistency.

3I like to then top mine with almonds, raisins and a little drizzle of maple syrup, but you can add whatever you fancy.
