- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons onion salt
- 2 tablespoons roteserrie chicken seasoning
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons cajun spices
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 lbs turtle, cut into bite sized pieces
- peanut oil (for frying)
Directions

1mix togeher first five ingriedents in a ziploc bag.

2mix together egg and water.

3Dip turtle in egg mixture then in flour ixture until coated.

4fry in oil about 5-7 minutes or until turtle floats to the top.

5drain on paper towels.
