- 2 lb. turtle meat, cut up
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Boil the turtle meat for 20 minutes.

2Melt butter in a pot and cook the sliced garlic until browned.

3Coat the cooked turtle meat with flour and add it to the pot along with the onion.

4Cook the meat until browned.

5Pour in the stock in which the turtle was boiled.

6Simmer for several hours or until the meat is tender. Add potatoes, stir in the soup and cook an additional 30 minutes.
