- 1 New York strip steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon montreal seasoning
- 1 half lime
Directions

1Coat the steak on both sides with equal parts of the oil, lime juice, and seasoning.

2Wrap in plastic and let sit in the fridge over night.

3Heat your out door grill to high heat and oil the grates.

4Let the steak sit on the counter while the grill comes up to temperature.

5Place the steak on the grill for 4 minutes.

6(Don't move it around).

7Flip the steak over for 4 more minutes.

8Remove from the grill and let it sit aside for 5 minutes and serve immediatly.
