- 3 Tbsp. butter at room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. pesto
- 1 c. shredded Muenster cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 c. diced fresh tomatoes
- 3 lemon wedges
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Spread bread with butter and garlic.

2Toast in oven.

3Top with pesto.

4Add half the cheese, spinach and then the remaining cheese.

5Scatter chopped tomatoes across the top and sprinkle with basil and oregano.

6Bake in oven 5 minutes at 375 degrees.

7Cut slices in half and garnish plate with lemon wedges.
