Twinkie Cake

Directions

   Mix cake mix according to the package directions.

   Pour batter into two 9 x 13 baking pans so that cake will be thin; it is better to put wax paper in the bottom so you have something to turn it out with.

   Bake until brown, but don't overbake.

   When cake is cool, turn out onto a flat platter or baking sheet. Spread filling between layers.
