Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons instant yeast fast rising
- 8 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup ground flax seed
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups lukewarm water
Directions

1In a bowl, mix yeast, 4 cups flour and ground flax.

2In a large bowl, beat sugar, eggs and salt. Add water and stir.

3Add flour mixture to the liquid and beat until well blended.

4Add remaining flour and knead.

5Let rise 15 minutes.

6Punch down and let rise again 15 minutes.

7Punch down and form into buns.

8Place on greased baking sheet allowing 2 inches between buns. Let rise one hour.

9Preheat oven to 350F.

10Bake 20 minutes. Remove and cool on a rack.
