- 2 cucumbers peeled, seeded and coarsely grated
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
Directions

1Salt lightly the cucumbers, mix and set aside for 5 minutes to release the water. To remove as much water as possible from the grated cucumber, squeeze it in small quantities with hands.

2Mix and combine yogurt, sour cream, olive oil, vinegar, garlic and white pepper until smooth.

3Add cucumbers and dill, mix and combine.Adjust the seasoning.

4Chill for at least two hours before serving.
