Ultimate Pumpkin Roll

Directions

   Mix ingredients in a medium bowl.

   Pour mixture into a greased cookie sheet.

   Bake in preheated 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes. (When sides of cake pull away from pan, cake is done.)

   Cool cake in the cookie sheet for 5 minutes.

   Sprinkle 1 1/2 tablespoons 10x sugar on one side.

   Flip cake over onto a sheet of waxed paper or towel.

   Sprinkle other side of cake with 1 1/2 tablespoons 10x sugar.

   Roll cake with the waxed paper into a jelly roll form. Cool completely while preparing cream cheese filling.
