- 1 jar (6.5 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup pitted black olives (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. red onion (chopped)
- 3 medium plum tomatoes (coarsely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (pressed)
- 2 tsp. fresh basil leaves (chopped)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Drain marinade from artichokes.

2Chop artichokes with onion, olives and tomatoes.

3Add garlic, basil, salt and pepper and stir. Chill and serve.
