  • 1 jar (6.5 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup pitted black olives (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. red onion (chopped)
  • 3 medium plum tomatoes (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (pressed)
  • 2 tsp. fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Drain marinade from artichokes.

    Chop artichokes with onion, olives and tomatoes.

    Add garlic, basil, salt and pepper and stir. Chill and serve.
