Ingredients
- 750 g lamb lamb neck chops
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups water
Directions

1Trim fat from chops.

2Crush garlic.

3Combine all the ingredients except chops.

4Put chops in a baking dish.

5Pour combined ingredients over chops.

6Let stand for at least one hour.

7Bake in oven (150 C-160C) or (300-325 degrees Fahrenheit) uncovered for approximately 1 hour or until chops are tender.

8I serve this with rice and steamed veggies.
