- 1 gal. ripe tomatoes, skinned
- 4 large onions
- 3 green sweet peppers
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 c. salt
Directions

1Grind tomatoes, onions and green peppers.

2Add 1 cup salt and let set overnight.

3Next morning, drain out all liquid through a cloth bag.

4To the pulp, add the vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed.

5Pack in jars of any size you like.

6Close tight but you can't seal since it is cold.

7This will keep indefinitely.
