  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1-1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 tsp. soy sauce
  • 3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
