- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 5 to 6 potatoes, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Cover bottom of casserole dish with bacon slices.

2Press the ground beef on top of bacon.

3Follow with sliced onions and carrots.

4Sift the flour over the carrots and add sliced potatoes.

5Season with salt and pepper.

6Pour the soup over the top.

7Cover and bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
