Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pizza sauce
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • mushrooms
  • pepperoni slices
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls

Directions

    Brown ground beef; salt and pepper to taste.

    Drain fat.

    Mix beef and pizza sauce and put in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Layer green peppers, onion, mushrooms and pepperoni over beef mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Remove from oven.

    Spread sour cream over top.

    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over sour cream.

    Cover with unrolled can of crescent rolls (rolls will be in a rectangle). Bake at 350° for an additional 20 minutes.
