- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) can pizza sauce
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- mushrooms
- pepperoni slices
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
Directions

1Brown ground beef; salt and pepper to taste.

2Drain fat.

3Mix beef and pizza sauce and put in 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Layer green peppers, onion, mushrooms and pepperoni over beef mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

6Remove from oven.

7Spread sour cream over top.

8Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over sour cream.

9Cover with unrolled can of crescent rolls (rolls will be in a rectangle). Bake at 350° for an additional 20 minutes.
