- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can pinto beans
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips
Directions

1In saucepan, melt cheese along with Ro-Tel tomatoes.

2Brown ground beef with onion; drain.

3To beef, add cheese mixture, bean and soup.

4Stir.

5In baking dish, cover bottom with chips.

6Pour mixture over chips.

7Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

8Top with sour cream, grated cheese, lettuce, black olives and green onions, if you like.
