- 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch of salt
Directions

1In a small, heavy saucepan, whisk milk and cornstarch until blended.

2Whisk in eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.

3Cook over medium low heat, whisking constantly, until mixture thickens and you can see the bottom when whisking.

4Cool.

5Makes enough to fill a 9 inch pan.
