  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
  • 1 container (8 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

    Heat oven to 325F.

    Melt butter in medium skillet on medium heat.

    Add onions; cook and stir 5 min.

    or until crisp-tender.

    Remove from heat; stir in spinach and seasonings.

    Beat Neufchatel, sour cream and eggs in large bowl with mixer until blended.

    Add spinach mixture; mix well.

    Spoon into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray; cover.

    Bake 30 min.
