Vanilla Pudding Dessert

  • 1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 (10 or 12 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 c. crushed nuts (optional)

Directions

    Bake cake mix in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan as directed on package.

    Mix pudding until thickened and fold in drained pineapple.

    Pour mixture over baked cake. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Can be made a day ahead.
