  • 23 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large eggs whole
  • 1 each egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped

    Adjust flour for your machine, 1 1/2 to 2 cups bread flour.

    Scald the milk.

    Stir in the honey and butter.

    Let cool to room temperature.

    Add the milk mixture and all remeaining ingredients except the brown sugar and walnuts in the order suggested by your machines.
